解忠良,博士,西北工业大学力学与交通运载工程学院教授、博士生导师。2023-2025 年连续三年入选斯坦福大学“全球前 2% 顶尖科学家” 榜单,2025 年入选 ScholarGPS“全球前 0.05% 顶尖科学奖榜单-近五年榜”。先后主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年项目,XX专项,陕西省重点研发计划等国家级、省部级科研项目 20 余项。主要研究方向为大型装备动力系统摩擦动力学与润滑理论、管路系统流固耦合动力学与抗冲击技术等,发表 SCI 收录论文 100 余篇,其中 4 篇入选 ESI 热点论文,17 篇入选 ESI 高被引论文,成果发表于《Mechanical Systems and Signal Processing》《Tribology International》等国际顶级期刊。任中国振动工程学会转子动力学分会理事、中国机械工程学会摩擦学分会青年工作委员会委员,担任《Mechanical Systems and Signal Processing》《机械工程学报》等 60 余个期刊审稿专家。。
摘要:
Water lubricated bearings are the key supporting parts in the propulsion systems of warships. The lubrication performances and the load carrying capacity characteristics of the bearings have significant effects on the hull structural vibration and vibro-borne noise of the whole system. However, as the lubrication mechanism is very complex, there is no effective design and calculation theories and methods for such bearings. Therefore, this project takes the new-type sandwich bearing as the research object. The fluid structure coupling lubrication models considering the influences of the double nonlinear effects, the misaligned load effects and other factors will be established in this proposal. The macro fluid solid interaction dynamic characteristics will be investigated. The influences of the multi coupling factors on the lubrication performance parameters will be analyzed. The macro-micro fluid solid structure synergistic lubrication mechanisms will be revealed. The research can promote the development of the lubrication theoretical system for the propulsion system in large ships.
