侯耀平，湖南师范大学数学与统计学院二级教授，博士生导师。北京师范大学基础数学专业博士，中国科学技术大学博士后。长期从事代数学和组合数学的教学与研究，主要研究领域为代数图论及其应用，已在国内外学术期刊上发表了论文100多篇。已主持完成国家自然科学基金面上项目和湖南省自然科学等基金项目多项，现参与国家自然科学基金重点项目一项。曾是湖南省高校“科技创新团队”＂复杂网络中的典型数学问题研究”的学术负责人。　完成的科研成果获得2010年度湖南省自然科学奖二等奖。

摘要：

In 1985, Brualdi and Hoffman posed the problem of finding the maximal index of  graphs with a prescribed number of edges and Rowlinson solved  the above problem  in 1988.  In this talk,  we consider the version of signed graphs for Brualdi and Hoffman’s problem and determine the maximal index  among unbalanced signed graphs  with a prescribed number of edges.

金贤安, 厦门大学教授和博导。主要在图论、纽结论、拟阵论和数学化学领域从事研究工作，已发表学术论文80多篇 ，包括在Adv. Appl. Math.、Forum Math. Sigma、J. Comb. Theory Ser. A、J. Graph Theory，Proceedings of the AMS等著名期刊。先后主持国家自然科学基金4项，参加重点项目1项和天元基金项目多项。曾应邀在美国第33届国际拓扑及其应用大会作50分钟报告等。主持国家级一流课程1门和国家级教改课题2项。曾获宝钢优秀教师奖（2021年）、国家教学成果二等奖（2018年）和福建省教学成果特等奖（2017年，2021年和2025年）等。已指导毕业博士生11人。

摘要：

Recently, Merino extended the classical relation between the 2n-th Fibonacci number and the number of spanning trees of the n-fan graph to ribbon graphs, and established a relation between the n-associated Mersenne number and the number of quasi-trees of the n-wheel ribbon graph. Moreover, Merino posed a problem of finding the Lucas numbers as the number of spanning quasi-trees of a family of ribbon graphs. In this talk, we solve the problem and give the Matrix-Quasi-tree Theorem for a bouquet with exactly one non-orientable loop. This is joint work with Qingying Deng and Qi Yan.
