高健,博士,山东理工大学数学与统计学院副教授、硕士研究生导师,研究方向为编码理论及应用,期刊《电子与信息学报》第八届、第九届编委,美国数学会《Mathematical Reviews》评论员,山东省数学会代数学及其应用专业委员会委员。主持国家自然科学基金项目2项、山东省自然科学基金项目1项,参与国家自然科学基金项目2项,在IEEE Transactions on Information Theory、Designs, Codes and Cryptography、Finite Fields and Their Applications等编码理论与密码学专业期刊发表论文90余篇,入选ESI高被引论文1篇。
摘要:
Operator quantum error-correcting codes (OQECCs), also known as subsystem codes, can effectively protect quantum information from interference by encoding quantum information in the tensor factor of the subspace of the physical state space. Let , where and is an odd prime. By designing some flexible defining sets of Gray images of Hermitian dual-containing constacyclic codes of length over , we construct two new infinite families of maximum distance separable (MDS) OQECCs. Notably, the parameters of these MDS OQECCs are new, and not covered by well-known MDS OQECCs constructed from previous literature.
